I really won't waste much of your time with this because when it comes down to it you really do need to just visit Engadget's recent post about developing apps for the Iphone.  I hate legal jargon.  It tends to become too much for my fragile mind to handle.  I'd rather delve into some Shakespeare than read any EULA agreement.  It's all one big word scramble but at least the former is entertaining.  I was just conversing with a friend about Apple's SDK for Iphone App Developement.  Not only do I need a Mac, but it seems I need to sell my soul to the devil.  Read the article if you have any interest in possibly looking into developing apps for the Iphone.
